Pear & Watercress Salad

Light, healthy, and fulfilling; -perfect blending of flavours, and textures.

Ingredients - (Serves 1).
1 ripe pear, cut into wedges, or chunks
1 handful, watercress
1/4 cup, walnuts
1/2 lemon
Olive oil
salt, pepper,
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Method
(1) Place watercress on a serving plate.
(2) Add pear, and season with salt, and pepper.
(3) Squeeze lemon, and drizzle a little Olive oil over the salad.
(3) Top the salad with Parmesan cheese, and walnuts.
Serving -
Best, served immediately.

Other Notes
(1) If you are not familiar with cups, assume an empty, 15 ½ oz. size can to have 2 cups capacity (1 cup =8oz. =227g.),
tsp. = teaspoon,
tbsp. = tablespoon,
1lb = 453 grams
