Garrya elliptica - Coast Silk-tassel, Wavyleaf Tassel, Silk Tassel

Origins       West Coast of North America
Type          Perennial (evergreen)
Hardiness   Zones 7 - 10
Bloom        Late Fall, Winter
Height       8 ft (2.5 m)

Cultivation
Sun, partial shade or full shade.
It will tolerate most well-drained soils. Prune in Spring, if necessary.

Propagation
By seed (you will need male and female plants to get seeds), by layering or by cuttings (take these in Summer).

Additional Information about Coast Silk-tassel
Perfect for coastal gardens. A xeriscape (drought resistant) plant, it requires little watering, instead, it will utilize air moisture.
