Ingredients
2 cups, water,
2 cups, sugar,
2 bunches, mint,
Method
(1)Bring all ingredients to simmer in a medium saucepan.
(2)Cover and turn heat to low.
(3)Remove from heat after 5 minutes.
(4)Let cool. Strain out mint before storing.
Drizzle over fruit, flavor mint juleps, mix with lemon and sparkling water for minty lemonade, yum!
Other Notes
(1) If you are not familiar with cups, assume an empty, 15 ½ oz. size can to have 2 cups capacity (1 cup =8oz. =227g.),
tsp. = teaspoon,
tbsp. = tablespoon,
1lb = 453 grams
