Tomato Mozzarella Crostini

1 baguette/ French bread,
16 slices, ripe, garden tomato,
16 slices, mozzarella cheese (or equivalent, if shredded),
Capers, Parmesan cheese, Olive oil, salt & pepper.

Method
(1) Cut baguette (diagonally) into approximately 1 inch thick slices.
(2) Brush top of each slice
with Olive oil, and toast (till medium).
(3) Place slice of Mozzarella cheese, slice of tomato, shave
a little Parmesan (or sprinkle, if you are using ground one), and top it with a few capers. Season with salt & pepper, and place your crostinis back in the oven. Toast till cheese becomes soft, and runny.
Serving - Serve immediately - Bon Appetit!
Other Notes
(1) If you are not familiar with cups, assume an empty, 15 ½ oz. size can to have 2 cups capacity (1 cup =8oz. =227g.),
tsp. = teaspoon,
tbsp. = tablespoon,
1lb = 453 grams
