Pork Steak in Wine

Simple are the best things in life!

Ingredients - (Serves 2).
2 pork steaks
2 rosemary sprigs' foliage, chopped
1 clove, garlic, minced
4 sage leaves
Dry white wine
Salt, pepper,

Method
Pre-heat oven to 350F (180C).
(1) Place steaks, garlic, rosemary, and sage in a roasting dish.
(2) Pour enough wine to cover all ingredients. Seal the dish with with ovenproof lid, or foil.
(3) Bake till very tender.
(4) Season, and serve. A glass of red Côtes du Rhône, or Burgundy wine would accompany this great dish, rather nicely!

Other Notes
Consider these white wines: Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Pino Gris/Grigio, Chardonnay, or Riesling.
(1) If you are not familiar with cups, assume an empty, 15 ½ oz. size can to have 2 cups capacity (1 cup =8oz. =227g.),
tsp. = teaspoon,
tbsp. = tablespoon,
1lb = 453 grams
